Returns and Refund Policy for IMPRESSION EYEWEAR

Procedure for Returning Products Within the Legal Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of BiH (Buletin BiH, No. 25/06) and the Consumer Protection Law of RS (Buletin 6/12, 63/14), purchases made through our website www.impressioneyewear.com are considered distance sales.

Under these laws, customers who qualify as consumers (individuals purchasing products for personal use, not professional purposes) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the date the product is delivered. Consumers may, but are not required to, provide reasons for withdrawal.

Please contact us by phone at +387 62 374 272 or email at info@impressioneyewear.com to initiate the product return and/or refund process. After contacting us, send a Statement of Withdrawal via email, including your order number, the code of the item being returned, and, if requesting a refund, the account number for the refund. The withdrawal statement takes effect on the date it is sent to the seller by email.

Upon contract withdrawal, the consumer is entitled to either a refund or an exchange for another product. Refunds are issued after the product is received and verified to be in an undamaged, original condition.

The consumer must return the product promptly, no later than 15 days from the date the withdrawal form is sent. After this 15-day period, returns are no longer accepted. The product must be returned to the business location from which it was sent.

To process a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging, accompanied by the purchase receipt. Upon receiving the product, its condition will be inspected to confirm it is undamaged. Consumers are responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling, and may be liable for a reduction in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality. If damage due to consumer handling is found, the refund will be declined, and the product will be returned to the consumer at their expense.

The seller, GRK Solutions d.o.o., is required to promptly refund the amount paid by the consumer within 15 days from receiving the withdrawal notice and the returned product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except in cases where the consumer received a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Procedure

In the case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the right to a refund or an exchange. Refunds are issued upon receipt and verification of the product’s condition.

The seller, GRK Solutions d.o.o., must refund the consumer promptly, within 15 days of receiving the withdrawal statement and the product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except in cases where the consumer received a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds are processed only according to the specified procedure, by direct deposit to the consumer’s bank account; cash refunds via courier are not available.

Any item ordered may not be exchanged or refunded at Sport Vision retail locations or returned to the addresses on the invoice or shipping document without prior contact and agreement with our online store representatives as indicated above.
