Payment Policy

Impression Eyewear offers various payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Pay the order amount upon delivery at the specified address, only after seeing the shipment. COD payments are made exclusively in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Debit and Credit Card Payments:
    One-time payments are available with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Premium, American Express, Discover, and Diners cards.

CASH ON DELIVERY
This option allows you to pay in cash upon receiving the shipment at your address. The payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

CARD PAYMENTS


One-time card payments can be made with the following cards:

Unicredit:

  • VISA Classic – interest-free up to 6 installments,
  • VISA Revolving – interest-free up to 6 installments.

Intesa:

  • VISA Inspire – interest-free up to 6 installments,
  • VISA Platinum – interest-free up to 6 installments,
  • American Express Green – interest-free up to 6 installments,
  • American Express Gold – interest-free up to 6 installments.

Sparkasse:

  • Shop&Fun – interest-free up to 6 installments.

Please confirm with your bank whether your card supports online payments.

FOR CARD PAYMENTS
After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the Monri card payment system to enter your card details and complete the transaction. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to our site with a confirmation of successful payment.

When creating and completing an order with card payment selected, you will receive two separate emails:

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION – sent immediately after successfully placing the items in your cart, filling in the details, selecting card payment, agreeing to the Terms of Use, and clicking CONFIRM. This email does not confirm successful payment.
  2. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – sent after successfully entering your card details on the Monri page and completing the payment. This email confirms a successful transaction.

If you do not receive a payment confirmation email, please verify whether your card payment went through. You can repeat the payment via the following link or contact our customer support for assistance.

Currency and Conversion Information
All card payments are processed in Convertible Marks (BAM). If payments are made using cards issued by foreign banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the bank’s settlement currency (EUR) according to the Central Bank’s exchange rate. When your card is charged, the converted amount will further be recalculated into your local currency based on the card operator’s exchange rate. The BAM price displayed on the website is indicative, and due to these conversions, slight discrepancies may occur.

Security Information
Sport Vision uses the Monri Payment Gateway, an advanced system for secure card payments online.

Your data is protected with SSL encryption, ensuring confidentiality and security during transmission. Online payment pages are secured with a 128-bit SSL encryption protocol. SSL encryption ensures secure data transfer, preventing unauthorized access during communication between the user’s device and the WebPay service.

The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange information using a virtual private network (VPN) safeguarded from unauthorized access.

Monri Payment Gateway is certified under the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard as required by Visa and Mastercard.

Note: The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and they are not accessible to unauthorized individuals.
